Entrepreneial training activities for development project management operations in private organizations

The training activities of the entrance to the management of development projects in the civil organizations have been completed, in the presence of 35 participants from the strategic associations of the Misr Al-Khair Foundation in the governorates of (Assiut-Ismailia-Luxor-Giza-Dakahlia-Eastern-Qalioubia-Menoufia-Minya-Beni Suef Sohag - Qena).
Training with several axes, the most important of which are:
• Sustainable development and its relationship to managing development projects
• Life cycle of the development project
• Types of projects and difference between each of them
• The concept of follow -up - jobs - goals
• Types of follow -up - methods and methods of follow -up
• The continuity plan for development projects
• The concept of the evaluation process, its methods and tools
• The most important errors for project managers and how to overcome them
